Eric Trump says his father is being impeached because he's "independently successful" and "doesn't need this job"
Nope. He was impeached because he used the powers of his office to force a foreign government to help him cheat in our 2020 election. Your Dad has been a cheater his whole life.
I’m a Republican, running in the Republican primary against a Republican President. This probably won’t win me many Republican votes, but here goes: Any Republican Senator who doesn’t do their job and doesn’t insist upon a fair trial, should be soundly defeated this November.
Jeffrey Toobin Calls Out McConnell: He's Making Trump Senate Trial a 'Farce, Joke' to 'Engineer an Acquittal' ASAP

Conservatives still supporting this President are beyond parody.
12 years ago, members of the Tea Party shouted, “We care about the debt!” 12 years later, those same people worship a President who doesn’t give a damn about the debt.
What a fall.
Republican Sen. Cory Gardner hasn't held a town hall-style meeting in two years. It's "a means of avoiding questions about his ties to the divisive president, especially as the Senate impeachment trial nears."
Not a profile in courage.
Lindsey Graham claims unironically that Trump's biggest concern right now is with the sanctity of the office of the presidency.
"The one thing he talks to me constantly about is, what does the next president do after this if this is successful?" Graham says.
Americans for the next 200 years will watch this 22 second clip as the perfect demonstration of a politician not believing a single word he’s saying.
Trump repeated one of his favorite tears lies this afternoon, the one about the people behind him crying as he signed his Waters of the United States order. (Unlike most of his tears stories, which tend to take place "backstage" and such, this event was on camera. Nobody cried.)
